Table Turn shows current table status to dining room staff to keep tables full and minimize wait times.

The Server is notified that Table # 62 has been seated with new guests by the solid red light on the side station monitor. Once the guests
have paid their check and left table # 62, the server notifies the bus staff that the table requires service and notifies the seating staff that they will have table soon so they can stage the
next party on the wait at the seating stand.
