Once the guests have finished dining and
the server has begun closing out the check, the server presses the table number on the
closest monitor. The solid red light now
begins to blink on all monitors, alerting the
server’s assistant and hostess that the table
is ready for bussing. The hostess can then
stage the next party that is waiting to be
seated.
Turning tables faster generates more revenue
for not only the restaurant, but also your staff.
More tables means more cash for your servers,
which leads to happier employees and will cut
down on employee turnover. |
